Hi Mums,

My name is Marguerite. I am a Clinical Psychologist with 19  years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that we are all born with a desire to be our best selves but sometimes life happens to various degrees and we can easily hit a few obstacles along the way.  My work focuses on helping people to return to their best core self and step into the freedom, fun and purpose that they were born for.  

I particularly have a passion for mums because I get it!  I have helped hundreds of mums like you and me to shed the baggage of guilt, frustration, and overwhelm that they pick up along the journey so that they can return to the life they logn for.  Mum life should be fun, adventurous, joyful, and full of meaningful growth for all.

COACH CREDENTIALS

To do this work, I have been fortunate enough to be able to study psychology for many years and at this point I have 3 degrees in Psychology with a masters in Clinical Psychology and a masters in Counselling Psychology. This has given me amazing tools, knowledge and insight and has allowed me to work with hundreds of mums over the years. People long to feel free, seen, valued, understood and proud of who they are. In my clinic NSW, Australia, I am privileged to work one on one with people to do the work of returning them to their best selves and because of the value this creates for people, our clinic wait lists runs for months at a time. Freedom is so powerful. I created this challenge because it is not a great situation that people have to wait over 3 months to see me or other Psychologists and I wanted a way to get the best information out to mums in a fun, interactive way. 

I have been in the trenches of mum-life without good resources and I know how easy it is to feel overwhelmed, isolated, guilty, confused, and frustrated. I get it, it is next level on 1000 levels. The great news is that there are tools to reduce the stress and increase the joy fun and fulfillment!  Sounds good right? We need and deserve that. I see other mums stuck and hurting from unnecessary guilt and overwhelm and I love giving them a roadmap to freedom from these feelings so that they can enjoy this chapter of their lives as they deserve to. 

I offer authentic-lived advice, not abstract textbook goals or ideals.  The input I give is condensed, user friendly, lived, real, accessible and scientifically robust. All in a fun 30 day challenge because really, who has time right? We need quick solutions that work!
